About Whether towards the court of law (first, second, third), through the court of public opinion (fourth, fifth, sixth) or into the political sphere (seventh), this is a story set in a small town in the near future. It combines comedy and drama to bear witness to ever-changing relationships that intersect family, friend and foe. The personalities of its characters are influenced by their pasts, driven by their performances in the present and are affected by their ambitions for the future. Computer turn-based strategy gamers or not, their success -- or lack thereof -- in and/or out-of-game that is what makes or breaks them.

STORY
In July 2013, One More Turn Writer and Creator Daniel "DanQ" Quick started developing characters, laying plot lines and setting environments for the story in written form. Initially conceived as a thirteen episode season, the aim was for each episode to run ~6-10 minutes in length. Its genre is dramedy: a mixture of comedy and drama. While the story was written episodically, once fully released a season of the show can also be treated as a movie-length production.

The writing of the second season's thirteen scripts began in July 2014; two months later, the scripts were completed. The writing of the third season's thirteen episodes began in March 2015 and was finished two months after. The writing of One More Turn's thirteen fourth season scripts began in November 2015 and was completed two months after. The writing of the fifth season's thirteen episodes began in June 2016 and was completed two months after as well. The writing of the sixth season's ninteen episodes began in March 2017 and, following an extended interruption, completed Feburary 2019. The writing of the seventh season's thirteen episodes began in April 2020 and completed July 2020.

STRUCTURE
In December 2013, Quick finished the thirteen scripts and contacted a select group of individuals to review it. This is when the show's Creative Team was formed reviewing and suggesting revisions for each script. Casting for character voices ran throughout January 2014 and all episodes were recorded one after another over a two-hour period in February 2014. By the middle of that month, the Production Team worked to set the sound for each episode with efforts concluding in March.

The One More Turn story is delivered as a podcast in MP3 format at 128kbps. Production on the show's second season began in October 2014 with the recording of its episode scripts; post-production occurred throughout January 2015. Production on the show's third season began in June 2015 with the recording of its episode scripts; post-production occurred throughout August. Production on OMT's fourth season began in April 2016 with the recording of its episode scripts; post-production occurred throughout May of that year. Production on the show's fifth season began in August; post-production occurred in September-October. Production on the show's sixth season began in May 2017 and, following an extended interruption, resumed in March 2019; post-production occurred in February-September of the latter year. Production on the show's seventh season took place in July 2020 and, following an extended interruption, post-production occurred across April-June 2021.
